• Respect for Property: Visitors must respect farm property, including crops, equipment, and infrastructure. Do not pick, damage, or remove any plants, produce, or items unless expressly permitted.

• Animal Welfare: Do not feed, touch, or disturb animals unless guided by farm staff. Follow all instructions during animal interactions to ensure safety for both visitors and animals.

• Prohibited Items: The following are not allowed on the farm: weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, drones, or any items deemed hazardous by farm staff.

• No Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on farm premises to prevent fire hazards and maintain a family-friendly environment.

• Photography: Personal photography is permitted, but commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from farm management.

3. Safety and Liability

• Assumption of Risk: Visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, animals, and farm equipment. By entering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all posted signs and staff instructions.

• No Responsibility for Injury: Ellia's Garden takes no responsibility for any injury sustained during your visit, regardless of the cause. Visitors enter the farm at their own risk.

• Personal Injury and Property Loss: Ellia's Garden is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during your visit.

• Health Requirements: Visitors must inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect their safety or require emergency attention (e.g., allergies to animals or plants).

• Weather Conditions: Some activities may be canceled or modified due to adverse weather. The farm is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Farm Rules

• Stay on Designated Paths: Visitors must remain on marked trails or areas unless guided by staff. Entering restricted areas, such as private fields or equipment zones, is prohibited.

• No Littering: Dispose of all trash in provided receptacles. Help us keep the farm clean and safe for all.

• Pets: No outside pets are allowed on the farm to protect our animals and visitors, except for service animals with proper documentation.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: All fees for admission, activities, or purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking or entry unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds are not provided for cancellations or no-shows unless specified otherwise. In the event of farm-initiated cancellations (e.g., due to extreme weather), alternative dates or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
