Why we open this way
Ellia's Garden is a real, weather-dependent working farm — not a theme park that runs rain or shine. A wet, windy open day isn't fun for anyone, so rather than lock in dates months ahead and hope, we open when the conditions are right and the farm is at its best.
The weather only becomes clear about a week out, so that's when we confirm each open day and announce it to our list and socials. It means every visit lands on a genuinely good day — sunshine, ripe produce, and the farm looking its best.
