Pick Your Own Produce

Harvest the freshest fruit and vegetables straight from our gardens—pick your own avocados from the orchard, and whatever’s ready in the veggie garden. Seasonal availability means there’s always something new to pick and enjoy.

Dirt Pit & Hay Tractor

Our big dirt pit is a hands-on sensory play zone where kids can dig, scoop, pour and explore—buckets and tools provided. Right beside it is the hay tractor, a one-of-a-kind farm playground the kids can climb and play on.

Farm Animals

Meet our friendly farm animals—including our Highland bull, a little baby Friesian bull, goats, chickens, ducks, sheep and guinea fowl. Kids love collecting their own eggs, and you can feed the geese down by the dam.

Strawberry Picking

Visit Ellia’s Garden in the Scenic Rim for strawberry picking in season. Our Giant Strawberry—a strawberry-shaped hay bale display planted with strawberries on top—is perfect for pick your own strawberries near Brisbane and a great family photo spot.

Kayaking & Rowing

Row a boat or paddle a kayak on the Bremer River—grab your kayaks at the end of the river nearest the dam. A peaceful way to explore the farm from the water.

Seasonal Maze

Wind your way through our seasonal labyrinth maze—open during the warmer months and a fun, hands-on adventure for all ages.

Seasonal Sunflowers

In season, our love-heart-shaped sunflower patch—the heart of Ellia’s Garden—bursts into bloom. One of the prettiest photo spots on the farm.

Mountain Lookout

Take in panoramic views across the Great Dividing Range and Mount Fraser from our lookout—the best seat in the house, and the view is always changing.

Tractor Hay Ride

Hop on our tractor-pulled hay ride, which takes you comfortably from the welcome shed into the heart of the farm. It’s a fun and easy way for families and groups to start their Ellia’s Garden adventure.
