Terms and Conditions for Farm Admission

Welcome to Ellia's Garden! By purchasing a ticket or entering our farm, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the safety, enjoyment, and respect of all visitors, staff, animals, and property.

1. General Admission

  • Entry Requirements: All visitors must purchase a valid ticket or obtain prior permission to enter the farm. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Supervision of Minors: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Hours of Operation: The farm is open to visitors during designated hours (10am - 4pm). Entry outside these hours is strictly prohibited without prior approval.

2. Visitor Conduct

  • Respect for Property: Visitors must respect farm property, including crops, equipment, and infrastructure. Do not pick, damage, or remove any plants, produce, or items unless expressly permitted.
  • Animal Welfare: Do not feed, touch, or disturb animals unless guided by farm staff. Follow all instructions during animal interactions to ensure safety for both visitors and animals.
  • Prohibited Items: The following are not allowed on the farm: weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, drones, or any items deemed hazardous by farm staff.
  • No Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on farm premises to prevent fire hazards and maintain a family-friendly environment.
  • Photography: Personal photography is permitted, but commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from farm management.

3. Safety and Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: Visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, animals, and farm equipment. By entering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
  • No Responsibility for Injury: Ellia's Garden takes no responsibility for any injury sustained during your visit, regardless of the cause. Visitors enter the farm at their own risk.
  • Personal Injury and Property Loss: Ellia's Garden is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during your visit.
